At NZ Post the ways of working programme of work was catalysed by their Property strategy - seeking open, collaborative floorplates easily repurposed and future proof more reflective of real use of the workplaces they provided.  Nationwide, a number of new and refurbished workplaces were streamed-on over 2-3 years.  

NZ Post sites included Highbrook Auckland 600 staff , Southern Operations centre 150 staff and Post House Wellington 800 staff.

Providing NZ POST Group Workplace consultation from inception thru launch to completion of all sites nationwide for a Workplace flexibility program, including post occupancy evaluations & analysis to continue the evolving story.
