Working at the forefront of workforce change since founding Be Confident consultancy in 2006, reinventing workplaces across several NZ industries including retail & food, science & technology, transport, legal & financial services, energy, education, communications & government.
Focusing on making work more human during disruption, Stella and her team help leaders and organisations achieve their goals while boosting staff engagement and effectiveness. Addressing the mindset together with the cultural shift, bringing the change as an integrated experience for hybrid teams to thrive.
Stella is a senior post-graduate qualified, change management professional with 20 years of consulting experience. Proud to be the first female fellow member of the FMANZ, along with founding and guiding the WorkFuture collective.
