Workfuture expertise

Be Confident was engaged to provide Workfuture subject matter expertise and change strategy for Christchurch Justice and Emergency Services precinct (CJESP) and occupying agencies. Co-creating principle-led strategy for the integration of this unique collaboration as the largest multi-agency government co-location project in New Zealand’s history.

CJESP represents the locational union of nine agencies dedicated to Canterbury’s emergency response and justice system including Police, Justice, Corrections, Fire , St John, Civil Defence and associated agencies.
