Be Confident were engaged by Manaaki Whenua – Landcare Research a 300-strong Crown research institute to support their chief scientist & project team in the search for a better way of working. We have been providing long term change advisory in developing the future of work programme across their sites nationwide so that they may actively support the National Science challenges and enable ‘science with impact’. Integrating technology upgrades, decanting temporarily during demolition throughout the new construction while working to develop the cultural and behavioural changes required to support the three strategic pillars.
