User experience for pilots

Many organisations are investigating the move away from a traditional allocated desk-based workplace and meeting room models to make a move towards a more flexible. For Kiwirail we developed UX user experience programme and pilots nationwide for agile working to provide a modern, connected and collaborative experience. Pilots were experimented with to develop stronger work & social connections between teams.
