Co-creation and delivery of the workfuture strategy for 2300 staff nationally for the ‘Greenhouse’ workplace transformation programme and back again to roll out the Change programme for the Financial Advisors Act FAA. A user & customer experience programme successfully combined into a modern work experience before we had even begun using these terms (2006-8).
