Successfully reinventing the workplace and deploying flexible working to AMP's two downsized central offices and establishing satellite sites. After previous change projects had failed and old behaviours rapidly returned Be Confident was engaged to co-create a more human work experience that aligned with the organisational culture change. Faced with tight delivery timeframes, needing a flexible working solution and already jaded teams from the previous failure, the leadership took on the challenge of deploying a focused flexibility drive. Be Confident’s role was integrating the work streams for human resource led flexibility initiatives, technology rollouts , Agile methodologies and coaching the project team on new ways of achieving integrated workplace flexibility.
