Workplace consultation for flexible working program nationwide to transition NZ Post to new ways of working

Be Confident developed a workplace strategy and change programme with NZ Post Group nationally including the $40 million refurbishment of the NZ Post building on Waterloo Quay. The programme includes rolling out new work styles for activity based working (ABW) for 2500 staff in multiple sites in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch with the aim to :

  • Bring people together to support a culture of collaboration
  • Enable staff to have a choice where they work
  • Provide a more flexible workplace.
