Staff engagement

A key component of our change programs is developing staff engagement and involvement in the project at hand. Be Confident specializes in developing practical events that lift staff engagement. A recent travel event lifted staff awareness of options.

During the transitional change management program staff at AECOM were encouraged to explore sustainable ways of traveling to work through Travel Expo events. Staff were introduced to Auckland Transports Rideshare program and public transport options and comparisons made to designated parking spaces and local parking options for motorbikes. As a result of these events 25% of staff chose to alter their mode of transport to the new location.
